Finbar OHanlon gave a TED talk last year around The Complexity of Simplicity. Funnily enough Finbar and I saw each other at the dog park this morning (stayed our 1.5 mtr safe distance) and talked a bit about this very subject!
In this TED talk Finbar talks around information overload. He asks you to think differently and to help you do this provides you an algorithm to help you figure out where the value lies in your life and how to amplify you value.
